What counts as a location?
One place with its own team and menu. Two addresses are two locations.
What happens to our staff's records if we cancel?
They keep them. Passes live on each person's own profile.
Do our staff need to install an app?
No. It runs in the browser on their phone.
Do servers ever pay?
No, never. The restaurant pays.
What does the trial include?
Everything, for 30 days, with no card.
What if a payment fails?
You get an email, and seven days to fix the card.
